Protal offers a number for hotline support. This contract
is our standard contract and is designed to support companies
with NO IT department.
A CUSTOM hotline contract is available to large companies with
their own
IT departments.
New releases:
New releases are issued three times a year (April, August
and December). A Minimum of $30,000.00/year is spent on new releases.
Custom Programming:
Custom Programming is done when a client is unable to wait for
the next new release to have a program changed or developed. Generally
this will be the case if the cost to wait exceeds the cost to
develop.
